Cancellation Policy...

If the reservation is cancelled ten (10) days prior to scheduled arrival, a refund will be issued minus a $15.00 service charge for any stay of less than one week.

Cancellations of reservations of one week or more will be issued a refund minus a $50 service charge per week rented. 

If reservation is cancelled less than ten (10) days to scheduled arrival, a refund minus the applicable service charge will be issued only if all units are rented for the extent of the reservation.  There are no refunds for early departures.

Resort Policies

 

 

Deposit:

A one night deposit is required for all reservations of less than one week in length. A two night deposit is required for all reservations of one week or more. Deposits must be received within 7 days of the date the reservation is made.

Payments:

A credit card authorization for the balance of the stay is required upon check-in. The authorization may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Diners Club. At check-out, the authorization may be finalized or the balance may be paid with cash. No personal checks are accepted at check-in or check-out.

Security Deposits:

A credit card imprint is required for incidental charges and / or possible damage / excessive clean up. Because all units are individually owned, inspections are strictly enforced at check-out. There will be charges for any loss, damage or excessive clean-up.

Special Requests:

Specific room location requests are honored whenever possible but are not guaranteed.
